Domestic Orders (within China): We provide standard courier delivery. Orders of ¥2000 or more qualify for free shipping; orders below this threshold may incur a delivery fee based on standard shipping rates.
International Orders: We provide express shipping services (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS). Orders of $300 or more qualify for free shipping; for orders below this threshold, shipping costs are calculated based on destination and package weight/volume, or may be charged at a flat or tiered rate.
In-stock items: These are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Customized items: Pieces that require engraving or are made-to-order may need an additional 3–7 business days for processing, depending on complexity.
Holidays or peak seasons: Dispatch times may be slightly longer. We will notify customers in advance of any delays.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
For your peace of mind, all high-value and custom pieces are shipped with insurance included. Upgraded insurance may be available upon request.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete, including postal codes and phone numbers.
Deliveries typically require a signature upon receipt. Alternative delivery arrangements (e.g., leaving a package with a neighbor or in a safe place) depend on the courier’s policy.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Where applicable, we will indicate if VAT/GST or other duties are prepaid.
Non-customized items: These may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Exchanges: You may request an exchange (e.g., for a different size or style) within 60 days, subject to availability.
Custom-made or engraved items: These are generally non-returnable, unless they are defective or faulty.
Orders can be canceled any time before dispatch for a full refund.
If customization has already begun (e.g., engraving or resizing), cancellation may incur a fee, which will be clearly communicated to you in advance.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos or videos as evidence.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds are issued once the returned items are received and verified to be in their original condition (unused, with all packaging, certificates, and tags intact).
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Return shipping costs for reasons of personal preference (not due to a product fault) are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon.
All diamonds and precious metals are guaranteed to be authentic and meet international quality standards.
Each custom piece undergoes rigorous quality control.
GRYKA provides a 3-year warranty (depending on the product type) against manufacturing defects, covering issues with craftsmanship, structural integrity, or materials.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized alterations.

Items must be unworn and in their original condition, with packaging, certificates, and accessories intact.
Customized or engraved items must retain their original markings and documents for verification.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.), GRYKA will cover all return shipping costs.
For returns due to customer preference (e.g., style or size changes), return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Customized or special-order items (e.g., non-standard sizes, unique materials, engravings) cannot be canceled or returned once production has begun, unless they are defective.
For time-sensitive purchases (e.g., weddings, anniversaries), please place your order well in advance. While we will make every effort to meet your requested delivery date, we cannot guarantee last-minute deadlines.
